Occasionally despite our attempt , creditors may not accept the proposals we have made to them on your behalf and will continue to add interest and charges onto your account , in these circumstances we will continue working until another solution is found.

The fees we charge is not based on guaranteed success and are therefore is not refundable.

All the information you provide to us will be taken in good faith , and a true representation of your current position, if after further investigation serious irregularities are discovered , we reserve the right to charge additional fees if more work is required or withdraw the services.

You have the right to a 7 days cancellation period exercised by writing to our office, however if we need to take immediate action in order to the benefit of your position then you will have agreed to waive this option.
